Returns and Exchanges
Below you will find the terms of our Returns and Exchanges policy.
RETURNS
At Coffee and Moo, we stand by the quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us.
We won't accept returns on custom pieces of any product unless we have made the mistake. So please make sure all spelling etc is correct.
If any goods are faulty, we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy (The goods must be in an unworn, unused and new condition in its original packaging).
Coffee and Moo is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
Any return shipping is covered by the Customer.
EXCHANGES
we are happy to exchange something if we have sent the wrong item or you want to exchange for a different size (for clothing only). Please use the email address below or our contact us page to organize this. (We will need the item returned to us before we send out the exchanged item). The item/s must be in an unworn and new condition in its original packaging.
We won't accept exchanges on custom pieces of any product.
FAULTY ITEMS
We carefully pack your orders, however in the unlikely event of an item being delivered faulty,
we will happily provide you with a full refund provided the following is met:
You notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof via email to sales@coffeeandmoo.co.nz
Your claim has been reviewed and approved.
Please note: Once your refund has been approved, a notification will be sent to you (it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account).
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If the package is damaged / lost during shipping, let us know as soon as possible so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
Please note: If we need to issue a refund and once it has been approved, a notification will be sent to you (it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account).
NOTE: If you have received the item damaged, please send photos and description to sales@coffeeandmoo.co.nz so we can put these through with the claim to the courier/NZ post. you can contact us with details, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible for the photos. If we need the item and packaging returned, we will let you know.
