Ingredients: Sodium Chloride (Himalayan Salt) 100%

Directions: Adult Bath: Dissolve in a warm bath of 37-39°c. Soak and relax for 20 minutes.

Add ½ to 1 cup (approx. 125-250g) for general skin health and wellbeing.

Add 2-4 cups (approx. 500g-1Kg) to cleanse, detox and purify.

Foot Bath: Dissolve ½ to 2 cups (approx. 125-500g) into a 5-litre 37°c footbath. Soak and relax your feet for up to 20 minutes, adding additional warm water if needed.
